18 Month Session

WOW, I have been a slacker lately! Well...maybe the exact opposite...We have been SO busy that I haven't been able to find any time to blog. I am determined to keep this up though so here's to no more long breaks :)

I wanted to take Avery's 18 Month pictures in the same cotton field that Jason and I took our engagement pictures in. So we drove to Cartersville, but arrived at the field to find soybeans instead of cotton. I was determined not to waste our trip and take pictures anyways, and I am SO glad I did! I LOVE how they came out. Enjoy :)

 

4th of July Mini-Session

The 4th of July is right up there with Christmas as my favorite holiday. I just love spending all day at the pool, being with friends and family and watching fireworks with my loves. Having Avery makes it that much more enjoyable now. We watched the fireworks at St. Ives Country Club and had a blast watching the babies run around the golf course (and tackle Jason). Avery also LOVED watching the fireworks...it was so neat to see her watch the show in complete awe. Before the fireworks, Avery and one of her best buddies Parker had a mini little shoot out on the golf course. I love their sweet friendship...and their matching outfits ;)

Mother Daughter Mini-Shoot

I am not a huge one for matching, but in this one situation, I couldn't resist! I bought this Lilly tunic at the start of Spring...a week ago I saw this matching dress on Janie and Jack. It is literally the exact same pattern. And it is precious, so Avery had to have it! Jason snapped a few pictures of us in the backyard after it came in the mail this week :)

I can't believe my baby is almost 15 months...she isn't making it easy to take pictures of here these days, but we managed to sneak in a few. I LOVE these pictures, not because we are matching, but her sweet and sassy little personality really shows. Enjoy!
